Apparently, I'm now on the "priority" list for the National Board to respond to. The receptionist even sounded genuinely sorry about the fact that I haven't heard from them yet. I still have to wait "seven to ten business days", or wait for our snail mail to arrive, probably some time next week, to hear from them. Provided that being on the priority list even means anything. Grrr. Anyone out there willing to send thoughts of "get off your ass and get back to her!", or something of the sort, their way is more than welcome to help out.
I've been trying to find more ways to make it feel a bit more like the holidays for me. It just doesn't so far, though. I wish that I could pinpoint one thing, but that hasn't worked so far. I don't know. It just feels like another month so far, and that bugs me.
Other than that, it's just really quiet here. The only real sound is trucks going by on the road outside, and occasional moments of hearing the dog snoring or the dryer tumbling the clothes about. It's kind of nice, actually. I'm in a pretty quiet mood today, myself.

Oh Great Cthulhu!
I have been an extremely sedulous devotee this year.
When the stars were right, I exposed valliegirl to soul-rending horrors (250 points). In May, I defiled the grave of that traitor, Lovecraft (90 points). Last week, I bombed a cultist gathering (-100 points). In February, I fed
aprilstarchild to a Shoggoth (250 points). Yesterday, I rammed a ship into you (sorry Cthulhu!) (-1000 points). In March, I recruited
mechalith as a new cultist (30 points).
In short, I have been very bad (-480 points) and deserve to have my body used as a host for one of your servitors.

Oh Great Cthulhu!
I have been an extremely diligent devotee this year.
In January, I recruited
(http://livejournal.com/userinfo.bml?user=wyrmul)wyrmul (http://livejournal.com/~wyrmul) as a new cultist (30 points). Last week, I fed
(http://livejournal.com/userinfo.bml?user=wyrmul)wyrmul (http://livejournal.com/~wyrmul) to a Shoggoth (250 points). In March, I wore an Elder Sign (-10 points). In July, I bombed a cultist gathering (-100 points). In November, I defiled the grave of that traitor, Lovecraft (90 points). In April, I exposed
(http://livejournal.com/userinfo.bml?user=singswithtrees)singswithtrees (http://livejournal.com/~singswithtrees) to soul-rending horrors (250 points).
In short, I have been very good (510 points) and deserve to get hooked up with one of those cute Innsmouthers.
